Warm Bamboo Massage

Warm bamboo canes are rolled and pressed along the muscles in long, soothing strokes. It is a warming, grounding treatment that reaches deep into tension while feeling wonderfully calming.

What it involves

Using gently heated bamboo of different sizes with oil, your therapist works along the muscles with smooth, rolling pressure. The bamboo lets the work go deeper than hands alone, with a steady, comforting rhythm.

Who it is for

A good choice if you hold stubborn knots, lead an active life, or simply enjoy firmer, deeper pressure. Especially welcome across the back, shoulders and legs.

What to expect

You undress to your comfort level, keeping your underwear on, and are covered with towels throughout. As with every treatment, we begin by talking through what you would like, and the pressure is always adjusted to suit you.

Suitability

We are not able to offer this treatment during pregnancy, at any stage, as our therapists are trained not to massage anyone who is pregnant.
