In good hands, from the moment you arrive

If it is your first visit, we will talk through what you would like and check anything we need to know before we begin. If you are managing a health condition, please tell us when you book and we will guide you to the right choice.

Treatment questions

How long is a treatment?

Most treatments run from 40 to 120 minutes, depending on what you choose. You can see the length and price options for each one on this page.

Do I need to undress for a Thai massage?

No. Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed. For oil treatments such as aromatherapy, Swedish and hot stone, you undress to your comfort level, keeping your underwear on, and are covered with towels throughout.

Can I book a treatment for two people?

Yes. Our couples massage lets you relax side by side in our shared room. Book the length that suits you both, then choose your treatments with your therapists when you arrive.

Can I have a treatment while I am pregnant?

We are sorry, but no. Our therapists are trained not to massage anyone who is pregnant, so we are not able to offer any of our treatments at any stage of pregnancy. Please do get in touch another time and we will be glad to welcome you.

Which treatment is right for me?

If you are not sure, get in touch and we will help you choose. On your first visit we talk through what you would like before we begin.
